CIVIL RIGHTS HISTORY TOUR

The Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Memorial Foundation, Incorporated, of Jacksonville, Florida, will host its second st annual MLK Civil Rights History Tour on August 7, 2021, through August 9, 2021.

The bus tour is designed to immerse selected high school students with the history and legacy of Dr. King and the Civil Rights Movement by visiting Montgomery, Selma, and Birmingham, Alabama, Memphis, Tennessee, and ending at MLK’s birthplace, Atlanta, Georgia. Each student will be required to complete volunteer hours at their respective schools and journalize their trip experience.
